City Women Arrested By Cumberland Police

On Saturday, June 10, 2017, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Tiffany Diehl. The warrant was issued as a result of Diehl failing to appear for her court case at the District Court of Allegany County. Diehl was arrested and taken before the District Court Commissioner where she was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on a $2,600 bond.

 

ARRESTED: Tiffany Marie Diehl AGE: 25 Cumberland, MD

ORIGINAL CHARGE: Theft less than $100

On Saturday, June 10, 2017, the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Kimberly Vollmerhausen. Charges were filed by a private citizen at the District Court of Allegany County. The victim alleged that Vollmerhausen had assaulted her at a Bedford Street address. Vollmerhausen was served with the summons and released pending trial.

CHARGE: Assault-2nd Degree
