A total of nine items filled the Allegany County Commissioners “wish list” presented to the District 1 Legislative Delegation to Annapolis on Thursday afternoon- however it was the ongoing issue of how to tackle the problem of Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) that dominated the meeting. The city of Cumberland has talked about constructing a new system that would address the state mandated- however it would carry a $90 million price tag- with part of the funding having to come from county residents.
