Just a few weeks remain in the 2018 session of the Maryland General Assembly- and according to the Allegany County Commissioners there is actually some good news to report this year. The commissioners have routinely complained about how many of the bills passed by the legislature have a negative impact on rural Maryland- having gone so far as to say there has been a war on rural Maryland.
