The Allegany County Commissioners, during their regular business meeting, received an update from Board of Education President Tammy Fraley on the system’s plans to gradually return kids to the classrooms. Fraley said that the best case scenario at this point may be a hybrid model for school attendance, since there is no way to return all of the kids to the classroom, as long as the social distancing guidelines remain in place…
