The Board of County Commissioners Thursday unanimously approved during its regularly scheduled public business meeting to retain the services of Stone Consulting, Incorporated to perform an operational audit of the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad. Stone Consulting, according to its website, has specifically prepared tool and methodology specifically designed for existing railroads like the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad.
