Committees Approve Gun Control Measure

Members of the Maryland House Judiciary Committee and the Maryland House Health and Government Operations Committee have approved a gun control bill. According to WBAL News, the measure provides a requirement for future handgun buyers to submit fingerprints to the state police, banning assault style weapons, and limiting magazine rounds to ten bullets. The measure now goes to the House of Delegates for consideration this week.
