    I’m curious to know if any of the job skills that these individuals are now certified in will be available to them in this local area or will these new skills require them to move away from their homes and start over somewhere else?

    The skills. They were trained in are needed. In Martinsburg, Winchester, Chambersburg But you can be sure if it has to do with industry. It probably won’t be needed in, Maryland.

    About the only growth industry around here is minding ‘tards and perps. As most non-government jobs here now pay the same, minimum wage, let’s train our next generation of locals to tend the castoffs of the more affluent areas as the current minders succumb to too many Newports consumed whilst neglecting their own minding duties.
