The Allegany County Commissioners received some good fiscal news during the final public meeting of the year Thursday night– as they were notified that the county received a very favorable 3.19% interest rate from last week’s bond sale in New York. That interest rate covers a period of 20 years. County finance director Jason Bennett said the bond sale proceeds will finance several local endeavors….
