WCBC News has learned that a contract to keep DelFest at the Allegany County Fairgrounds for the next five years has not yet been signed. However, DelFest representatives have every intention of signing a contract. There are reportedly still several issues that still need to be resolved. DelFest representative Stan Strickland will speak with WCBC's Dave Norman after 9am.
