For years those running or serving in elected office in Allegany County have spoken in glowing terms about the quality of the local workforce- however that theme appears to be changing . Several republican candidates vying for election in next Tuesday’s primary presented a different image Monday night. Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Stu Czapski tells WCBC News that it has become a growing concern, however it is not a problem that is unique to Allegany County.
