Allegany County officials continue to be encouraged by the response of state agencies as preparation continue to build a new Allegany High School on Haystack Mountain. Dr. David Cox, superintendent of schools, told WCBC at the PACE reception that he’s hoping for the new school to open in the fall of 2017.
