CPD Makes 2 Arrests & Serves Body Attachment

On Monday, June 3rd, 2019 the Cumberland Police Department served two violation of probation warrants on Whitney Nicole Hollingsworth.  The warrants were issued by Circuit Court for failing to follow the conditions of her probation.  She was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center until she can be seen by a Circuit Court Judge.

District Court Body Attachment

 

On Monday, June 3rd, 2019 the Cumberland Police Department served a body attachment on William Ross Shrader for failure to comply.  He was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was released on his own personal recognizance pending trial at District Court.

Disorderly Arrest

 

On Monday, June 3rd, 2019 the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 300 block on N. Centre Street for the report of a male waving a gun around.  When officers arrived, Frederick Earl Bolinger was identified as the male in question and the handgun was determined to be a plastic toy.  He was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.  Bolinger was issued a criminal citation and was released pending trial.
