On Thursday June 23, 2016, at 9:23 am, Cumberland City Police Officers responded to the parking garage on George Street for a check on well being. Officers made contact with Carrington Schmoyer, age 22 of Cumberland who was standing on top of the elevator shaft. Schmoyer was odered down. A probable cause search was developed and as a result a quantity of Tetrahydrocannabinol which is marihuana laced with liquid CDS, Psilocybin Mushrooms, a quantity of narcotic pills, a quantity of Methylenedioxymenthaphetamine (MDMA), and quantities of Ketamine and various paraphernalia devices were found on his person. Schmoyer was transported to the Cumberland City Police Department where he was processed and served. He was taken to the Allegany County District Court Commissioner’s Office for a bond hearing. He was held on $6,500.00 dollar bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.

CHARGES: Possession not Marihuana (5 counts). Possession with intent to distribute CDS. Schmoyer was also cited for Possession of Marihuana (less than 10 grams).
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
On Thursday June 23, 2016, at 7:20 pm, Cumberland City Police responded to Queen City Pavement for a disturbance. Upon arrival officers observed Sean McElwee acting in a disorderly manner in the presence of others. McElwee was placed in custody and transported to the Cumberland City Police Department for processing. McElwee was criminally cited and released pending trial at the Allegany County District Court.
