On 05/03/17 Officers with the Cumberland Police Dept responded to the 600blk of St Marys Ave in reference to a destruction of property complaint. Upon arrival Officers contacted the victim who stated that sometime over the past few nights person(s) unknown keyed two of their vehicles parked on the street. There are no suspects or witnesses at this time. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Cumberland Police Dept at 301-777-1600.
Arrest Warrant Served
On 05/03/17 Officers with the Cumberland Police Dept served an arrest warrant on 37 year old David Scott Ullery of Cumberland. The warrant stems from Ullery failing to appear in District Court on an original charge of driving while suspended. Ullery was taken for an initial appearance at District Court where he was released on his personal recognizance pending trial.
