On 4/29/18 at approximately 1503 hours officers were called to a Grand Avenue residence for the report of an assault.  Officers arrived and made contact with the victim who reported that a male subject entered his apartment without permission.  He stated that he was inside his apartment when the male subject entered and started threatening him.  It was discovered that the subject who entered the apartment was a juvenile.  The juvenile subject left prior to the arrival of the officers but he was located inside another apartment in the complex.  Officers interviewed the juvenile and at the conclusion of the interview it was determined that he was would be placed under arrest for burglary.  Officers attempted to arrest him but a female stepped between the officers and the juvenile attempting to close the door on officers to avoid the arrest.  Officers were able to stop the door from being closed but the female continued to attempt to interfere with the arrest.  April Naomi Sneden was placed under arrest and transported to Police Headquarters for processing.  The juvenile was also placed under arrest for 4th Degree Burglary.  The juvenile was later released to the custody of his parents.  Sneden was later released from custody pending trail in District Court.
