CPD Makes Several Warrant Arrests On Monday

On Monday, May 20th, 2019 the Cumberland Police Department served arrest warrants Matthew John Gonzales and Felicity Krystine Gonzales.  The warrants were issued by District Court in reference to an incident that took place on May 19th, 2019 at their Baltimore Street residence.  On that date, Police were called to Gonzales’ residence for the report of a domestic disturbance.  When police arrived, it was obvious to police that an assault took place between the two but neither would cooperate with the investigation.  They were both charged with assault, obstructing and hindering, and disorderly conduct. Both were taken before the District Court Commissioner and Matthew Gonzales was held on a $5,000 bond and Felicity Gonzales was released on a $2,500 unsecured bond pending trial.

Baltimore City Circuit Court Warrant

 

On Monday, May 20th, 2019 the Cumberland Police Department served a Circuit Court warrant issued out of Baltimore City on James Larry Butler for failure to comply with a court order.  He was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was released on his own personal recognizance pending trial.

Assault Arrest

 

On Monday, May 20th, 2019 the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Janell Marie Coffman for 1st and 2nd degree assault.  The warrant was issued based on an investigation where Coffman is alleged to have entered a Lamont Street residence and assaulted a female.  She was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was released on an unsecured bond of $7,500.
