The suspect then ran out of the business, entered a vehicle and left the area.  Officers were given a description of the female suspect and the vehicle and they were able to identify the suspect.  They responded to a Cumberland residence and located the vehicle and the suspect, Keri Donaldson.  Upon speaking to Donaldson, she admitted to the theft and turned the stolen property over to the Officers.  Donaldson was placed under arrest and transported to the Cumberland Police Department for processing.  She was issued a Criminal Citation and was released pending trial in Allegany County District Court.
