Officers from the Cumberland Police Department responded to a Trost Avenue residence for a domestic assault. Upon the arrival of officers they made contact with the victim. Officers spoke with the victim and observed signs of injuries to her person. Officers also made contact with Quentin Allen Lagratta. Lagratta admitted that an argument occurred prior to the arrival of officers. At the conclusion of the investigation officers took Lagratta into custody without incident. Lagratta was transported to Cumberland Police Headquarters for processing. He was later taken before the District Court Commissioner where he was released pending trial in District Court.
