On January 16, 2018 Cumberland City Police Department served an arrest warrant on Joshua Michael Clark Sr. age 23 of Lavale, Maryland. On January 12, 2018 officers responded to 24 Weber Street for a violation of a court order. During an investigation into the matter, officers learned that Mr. Clark had violated a peace order that had been served on him. The victim in this matter told officers that Mr. Clark approached him on Maryland Avenue and began to yell at him before assaulting him. Mr. Clark was arrested and transported to the Cumberland City Police Department for processing. Clark was taken before the District Court Commissioner and later released on this own personal recognizance.

Charge: Violation of Court Order.
