On Wednesday, February 6th, 2019 the Cumberland Police Department served two bench warrants on Tammy Sue Denton. The warrants were issued by District Court when Denton failed to appear for trial on November 27th, 2018, and February 4th, 2019 for driving on suspended license charges. She was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was released on her own personal recognizance pending trial.

Violation of Probation
On Wednesday, February 6th, 2019 the Cumberland Police Department served two violations of probation warrants on Jerrica Leigh Hamilton. The warrants were issued by Circuit Court for failing to follow the conditions of her probation ordered by the court on March 22nd, 2018 and August 2nd, 2018 for theft and CDS charges. She was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center until she can be seen by a Circuit Court Judge.
