On February 26, 2020, the Cumberland Police served a Circuit Court Arrest Warrant on Jason M. Roager, age 24 of Cumberland, Maryland. The Warrant stemmed from Roager violating pre sentencing release on the charge of second degree assault. Roager was transported to the Allegany County Detention Center and held without bond pending a hearing in Circuit Court.
