On Monday, January 21st, 2019 The Cumberland City Police served a criminal summons on Eric Leighton Christopher Brewington of Cumberland MD. The summons was in reference to an incident that occurred on January 7th, 2019 at a business in the 200 block of Greene St. In this incident, it is alleged that Brewington entered the business and removed multiple items without paying for them. Brewington was charged with Theft less than $100. He was released pending trial at District Court.

***Bench Warrant Arrest***
On Monday, January 21st, 2019 the Cumberland City Police arrested Antoinette Blank of Cumberland MD. Blank was arrested on a bench warrant for failing to appear in court for a previous charge of Failing to Send Child to School. She was taken before the District Court Commissioner where she was released on her own recognizance.

On Monday, January 21st, 2019 the Cumberland City Police arrested Jessica Lynn Tallman of Cumberland MD. Tallman was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant from an incident that occurred on December 3rd, 2018 at a Lavale MD Business. In this incident, It is alleged she entered the business and removed multiple items from inside without paying for them. She was taken before the District Court Commissioner where she was released on her own recognizance.
