On Monday, February 19th, 2018 the Cumberland City Police served 4 arrest warrants on Brittany Nichole Miller of Cumberland. She was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held on a $10,000 bond.
Brittany Nichole Miller, age; 22, Cumberland, Maryland.
Warrant #1: Burglary 4th, degree, false statement to officer, CDS administer equipment, and fraud/personal identity to avoid prosecution.
Warrant#2: Peace order failure to comply.
Warrant#3: Person driving on highway on a suspended license.
Warrant#4: Theft less than $1,000.
