CPD Serves Fugitive & Criminal Summons

On May 2, 2018 the Cumberland Police Department served a Fugitive Warrant on Brittany Lynn Brennan-Baker.  The warrant service stemmed from Brennan-Baker being wanted on a Mineral County, WV Arrest Warrant for theft.

Brennan-Baker was transported to the District Court Commissioners officer for her initial appearance.  Brennan-Baker was transported to the Allegany County Detention Center where she was held without bond pending extradition to West Virginia.

 

 

Arrested:

Brittany Lynn Brennan-Baker, 28 Y/O, Cumberland, MD

 

Charges:

Fugitive Warrant

 

On May 2, 2018 the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Jennifer Nicole Thomas.  The summons service stemmed from a burglary investigation that occurred March 16, 2018 in the 100 block of Utah Avenue.

 

Thomas was released after the service of the summons pending trial in District Court at a later date.

Jennifer Nicole Thomas, 21 Y/O, Frostburg, MD

 

Charges:

Burglary 1st degree

Burglary 4th degree theft

Theft $1,000 to under $10,000
