WHAG TV reports a tractor trailer roll-over early Friday morning tied up traffic in Washington County. According to Maryland State Police, it happened on the ramp from U.S. Route 11 north onto I-81 north at exit 2 for Williamsport. The driver has minor injuries. The cargo of bananas spilled out of the roof of the tractor trailer and onto the roadway. The ramp is still closed at this time, while crews work to clean up the road. The Maryland State Highway Administration and Washington County emergency personnel also responded to help troopers direct traffic.
