Prior to their public meeting on Tuesday, Cumberland's Mayor and City Council wil hold a closed session to discuss terms of a development agreement between the City, the CEDC and Cumberland Gateway Real Estate, the firm contracted to develop the Rolling Mill area.
There will also be talk about negotiation issues with the UFCW union representing police officers.
