Cumberland Mayor Brian Grim has announced that the annual Independence Day fireworks show will take place tomorrow night from Constitution Park at approximately 9:30. Starfire Corp. of Carrolltown, Pennsylvania, will return to put on the display, according to city officials. The city released changes in the park schedule for the day. Grim says the park pool will open with special hours from 11 a.m. and close early in the afternoon…
