On February 13, 2019, officers from the Cumberland Police Dept. responded to 81 N. Centre St to check on the well being of a subject lying in the bushes.
Upon arrival, officers made contact with the individual who was identified as Paul Michael Harman of Cumberland MD. Harman who was intoxicated and trespassing on Verizon property, had been contacted earlier at a business on Queen City Drive, where he was warned not to trespass on private property or cause any further disturbances. Harman was ultimately placed under arrest and transported to Police Headquarters.
Harman was taken to the District Court Commissioner for his initial appearance where he was held without bail at the Allegany County Detention Center.
Arrested: Paul Michael Harman Age: 36 of Cumberland MD
Charges: Trespassing and Disorderly Conduct

This guy gets arrested once a week???? Maybe it is time for the “Judge” to take care of this!!!!!
