On Saturday, Cumberland Police served a District Court bench warrant on McClave Cleland Combs III.
The warrant was issued for failing to appear for trial on October 7th, 2021 for driving without a license and driving on a suspended license.
Combs was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held on a $2,000 bond.
