Cumberland Man Arrested For Failure To Obey

On March 22nd, 2020 officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to a West Third Street address for a reported disturbance. Officers spoke with a female who advised them that Reginal Dechalus was refusing to leave her residence. Officers were able to determine that Reginal did not live there and ordered him to leave and not to return or contact the female. A short time later officers responded back to the residence for Reginal creating a disturbance again.  At this time Officers placed Reginal under arrest for failing to obey a lawful order, and released him on a criminal citation pending his trial. A short time later after being released from Police Headquarters, Officers were dispatched to the residence again where Reginal was located outside of the female’s residence watching the occupants from the street. Reginal was placed under arrest for stalking, harassment, and fail to obey a lawful order. Reginal was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center where he awaits his initial appearance with a District Court Commissioner.

    Sure, what I did was stupid but not near as lame as what that woman in LaVale did and she was sober!
