On 05/09/15 @ 2:17 p.m. officers responded to the CSX property on Canal Parkway for a trespassing complaint.
Upon the officers arrival they located a male subject who was identified as Scott Milliron seated on the train tracks consuming an alcoholic beverage.
The officer placed Milliron under arrest and escorted him off of CSX property.
Milliron was transported to the police station for processing. He was issued a criminal citation for trespassing and a civil citation for possession of an open container of an alcoholic beverage and was released pending his trail at District Court.

Scott Nelson Milliron – age 50 – Cumberland, MD
Charges:
Criminal citation for trespassing
