On Wednesday, November 25, 2014 the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Marculus Carter. The warrant stems from Carter failing to register after conviction for a gun offense. The warrant originates from Baltimore City, Maryland. Carter was served with the warrant and taken to District Court for his initial appearance. Carter was held at the Allegany County Detention Center on $20,000.00.

Marculus NMN Carter – age 28 – Cumberland, MD
Charges:
Arrest warrant charging him with failing to register after being convicted for a gun offense.
