On Monday, July 9th, 2018, the Cumberland City Police served a Criminal Summons on John Leo Porter of Cumberland MD. The summons was in reference to a complaint that occurred on July 3rd, 2018 where Porter was said to have broken into a residence and stolen items from inside. Porter was charged with Fourth Degree Burglary
