Brady Aaron Twigg, age 19 of Cumberland, was taken into custody on an Allegany County District Court arrest warrant on Monday.  The warrant was issued as the result of an investigation by Cumberland Police Department into an incident that took place May 20, 2012 on Columbia Street.  Twigg allegedly was inside of a residence in the 100 block of Columbia Street on that date and had been removed by the residents after an altercation.  Twigg left the area and then returned with several subjects, which included three juveniles.  Twigg was allegedly armed with a baseball bat and two juvenile males were armed with knives.  A fight ensued between the parties within the household and the subjects with Twigg.  During the fight, Twigg allegedly assaulted a subject with the baseball bat.  Officers filed charges on Twigg at District Court and juvenile petitions were filed with the Department of Juvenile Services on the juveniles involved in the fight.
