On Tuesday, July 14th, 2020 the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Joseph Allen Miller, age 23. Among the charges against Miller are burglary 4th degree, conspiracy to commit burglary 4th degree, theft $1,500 to under $25,000, and contributing to the conditions of a child.
Miller signed and received a copy of the charging documents and was released pending trail.
