On Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at 5:20 PM, officers responded to a business on Green Street for a disturbance. Upon arrival were advised that Charles Bauman, age 49 of Cumberland, Maryland, was creating a disturbance inside the business.  Officers located Bauman inside the business and located the business property on the ground.  At this time Bauman was asked to leave the property but refused. Bauman was placed under arrest for trespassing and continued to create a disturbance inside the business. Subsequently, Bauman was charged on Criminal Citations for disturbing the peace and trespassing.  He was then released pending trial in District Court.
