On Friday, March 11, 2016 at 7:54 pm, officers from the Cumberland Police Department responded to Walsh-Mccagh & Kellough Pharmacy at 101 N. Centre Street for a report of a subject attempting to break into a vehicle. When officers arrived they located the suspect identified as Joseph Wood. After investigation, officers determined that Wood had created a disturbance inside the pharmacy and had tampered with the pharmacy’s vehicle. Wood was placed under arrest and transported to Police Headquarters where he was charged and processed. A search of Wood incident to arrest revealed CDS. He was taken to the Allegany County District Court Commissioner where he was released on a $1,000 unsecured bond.

Charges: Disorderly Conduct, CDS Possession-Not Marijuana, Tampering with a M/V without the owner’s consent
