Cumberland Man Jailed For January Incident

On February 10, 2017 Cumberland Police Officers served a criminal arrest warrant on Jeremy A. Yetter. The warrant stemmed from a disturbance that occurred on January 27, 2017 on Bedford Street in Cumberland.

The charges were filed by the victim in this case. The victim alleged that Yetter also assaulted him during the incident. The warrant was served on Yetter and he was taken for his initial appearance at the Allegany County District Court Commissioner’s Office.

Yetter was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on $5,000 bond.

Jeremy A. Yetter, age 31, Cumberland, MD

Charges:

Second Degree Assault and Disturbing the Peace: Loud Noise. He was

held on $5,000 bond.
