After deliberating for months, Cumberland Mayor Brian Grim made it official Tuesday, filing to run for a third term. Grim said that it was a difficult decision- but in the end- after consulting with close friends and family he made the choice to seek another term. While he will be have the advantage of incumbency in what is now a field of six candidates- he will also have the task of having to defend the city’s actions of the past seven years in the office on the campaign trail.
