On Saturday, August 4th, 2018 the Cumberland Police Department served several outstanding warrants:
Trevon Marcel Emerson, age; 26, Cumberland, Maryland.
Arrest warrant served for a 2nd degree assault that took place on August 3rd, 2018. He was released on his own personal recognizance.
Douglas Bryan Combs, age; 55, Cumberland, Maryland.
Bench warrant served for failing to appear in District Court on June 14th, 2018. He was released on his own personal recognizance.
Shaniqua Loretta McBurroughs, age; 27, Cumberland Maryland.
Violation of probation warrant served for violating conditions of her probation as ordered by District Court on July 23rd, 2018. She was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held on a $500 bond.
Nathan Allen Herrell, age; 36, Cumberland, Maryland.
Bench warrant served for failing to appear for trial in District Court. He was released on his personal recognizance.
Dustin James Beal, age; 30, Cumberland, Maryland.
Bench warrant served for failing to appear for trial at District Court on July 19th, 2018. He was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held on a $5,000 bond.
