On Thursday March 2, 2017, at 12:56 pm, Cumberland City Police Officers responded to a business on Park Street for a reported Theft. Investigation into this matter revealed that Sandra Degrange, age 52, was observed putting store owned items into her purse and attempted to leave without paying for them. A search incident to arrest was conducted and a quantity of Marihuana was found. Degrange was criminally cited and released pending trial at the Allegany County District Court.

CHARGES: Theft-less than $100.00 dollars. Civil citation for Marihuana less than 10 grams.

On Thursday March 2, 2017, at 2:53 pm, Cumberland City Police Officers responded to a business on Park Street for a reported Theft. Investigation revealed that Tiffany Baur, age 23, was observed taking store owned items and placing them in her purse. Baur was criminally cited and released pending trial at the Allegany County District Court.
