With rioting, looting, fires and violence sweeping through downtown Baltimore, assistance from law enforcement across the state is being sought to help restore order – and Cumberland is responding. Cumberland City Administrator Jeff Rhodes tells WCBC News that the city of Baltimore reached out for help, and as a result Cumberland will be sending six members of its swat team there today (Tuesday).
