On May 7th, 2018 the Cumberland Police responded to the 600 block of Frederick St for a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival, officers learned that a vehicle had struck several parked cars and continued to travel on Frederick St. The vehicle became disabled and was located a short distance away on Frederick St. Based on the investigation, Warren Vickers, age 64 of Cumberland was arrested and charged with several traffic offenses.
