Cumberland Police Make Breaking & Entering Arrest

On Sunday, July 21st, 2019 the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Alyssa Tina Tillery.  The warrant was issued by District Court based on an investigation of a breaking entering that occurred at Domino’s located on Queen City Drive on July 19th, 2019.  During that investigation, officers were able to obtain evidence implicating Tillery and a juvenile female as suspects.  A search warrant was conducted as a result; additional evidence was recovered implicating Tillery and the juvenile.  She was charged with burglary 2nd, 4th, conspiracy to commit 2nd degree burglary, and theft.  Tillery was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was released on a $7,500 unsecured bond pending trial.  Charges for the female juvenile have been forwarded to Juvenile Court.
