At approximately 1140pm officers from the Cumberland Police Department handled a suspicious vehicle complaint at the Mason’s Sport’s Complex on E. Offutt Street.  Officers made contact with a male and female inside the vehicle. During the course of their investigation a police K-9 officer responded to conduct a free air sniff.  The K-9 indicated a positive alert on the vehicle and a search was conducted. The officers located a small quantity of marijuana and a hypodermic syringe inside the vehicle during the search.  Officers continued to investigate the incident and were able to determine that both Skylyn Paige Gilman and Rustin Neil Martin had arrived at this location and agreed to exchange drugs and currency for sexual acts.  Officers seized the contraband that was located along with electronic devices which were used to make the arrangements for the activities.
