Cumberland Police Make Theft Arrest And Serves Criminal Summons’

On October 30, 2018, at 4:21 pm, officers from the Cumberland Police Department responded to a business on Park Street for a shoplifter.  Upon arrival officers spoke to management who explained that Jodi Evans, age 42, of Cumberland, had removed several items from the business and failed to pay. Subsequently, Evans was arrested for theft under $100 and transported to the Cumberland Police Department.  She was then issued a Criminal Citation and released pending trial in District Court.

 

Criminal Summons Served

On October 30, 2018, a Criminal Summons was served on Joshua Logsdon, age 37 of Cumberland.  The Summons stemmed from an October 8, 2018 incident where the Cumberland Police responded to an Assault complaint.  Subsequently, a private citizen filed for charges through District Court and a Criminal Summons was issued for Assault 2nd Degree. Logsdon was served with the Criminal Summons and released pending trial in District Court.

 

Criminal Summons Served

On October 30, 2018, a Criminal Summons was served on Kelah Johnson, age 19 of Cumberland.  The Summons was the result of a private citizen filing for charges through District Court.  Charges were issued for Assault 2nd Degree and Disorderly Conduct.  Johnson was served with the Criminal Summons and released pending trial in District Court.
