Officers responded to an address on Gephart Dr. for a report of a subject refusing to pay for his cab fare. Upon their arrival they made contact with the driver who advised he picked the fare up on Park St. and when they got to his destination on Gephart Dr. he advised that he didn’t have the money to pay for the fare. The subject was identified as Gary Lee Smith who advised that he didn’t have the money to pay the fare. He was placed under arrest and transported to PH. At PH he was processed and charged on a Criminal Citation.

Saturday, January 7, 2017 @ 2:32 AM Theft Arrest
Officers responded to Sheetz on Greene St. for a report of a subject who had shoplifted items from the store. Upon their arrival they contacted an employee who advised that Kisha O’Haver had stolen items from the store. They advised that she stole the items two different times from the store approx. 5 minutes apart. Officers responded to her Kisha’s residence and made contact with her. She admitted to stealing the food items from the store. Total theft from the store was $8.89. She was placed under arrest and transported to PH where he was processed and charged on a Criminal Citation for theft under $100.
