Cumberland Police Serve Criminal Summons

On Monday, March 12, 2018, the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Lisa Breiterman.  Charges were filed against Breiterman at the District Court of Allegany County by a private citizen.  The victim alleged that on March 4, 2018, Breiterman stole a laptop, having a value of $800, from a Maryland Avenue address.  Breiterman was released pending trial after being served.

 

ARRESTED:  Lisa Flor Breiterman     AGE:  39       Cumberland, MD

CHARGES:  Theft $100 to under $1500
 

CRIMINAL SUMMONS SERVED

 

On Monday, March 12, 2018, the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Perry Hamilton Jr.  The summons was issued in connection with an incident that occurred on March 10, 2018.  On this date at approximately 2:00 PM, an officer from the Cumberland Police Department was patrolling the area of Merchant’s Alley when he observed Hamilton slap a female subject in the face.  Charges were filed at the District Court of Allegany County and a summons was issued.  Hamilton was released pending trial after being served.

 

ARRESTED:  Perry Nelson Hamilton Jr.   AGE:  37      Cumberland, MD

CHARGES:  Assault-2nd Degree

On Wednesday, December 6th, 2017, the Cumberland Police Department served criminal summonses on Ashley Lee Tilson and Traci Leigh Tilson of Cumberland. The summonses were issued by District Court after applications were made by both parties over an incident that occurred on December 5th, 2017 on Elm Street.  Both signed and received copies of their paperwork and were released pending trial at District Court.

 

Ashley Lee Tilson, age: 37, Cumberland, Maryland.

Charge:  Disturbing the peace

 

Traci Leigh Tilson, age: 38, Cumberland, Maryland

Charge:  Disturbing the peace.

 

Criminal Summons served

 

On Wednesday, December 6th, 2017, the Cumberland City Police served a criminal summons on Wayne Charles Unger of Cumberland.  The summons was issued when application was made to District Court by Police concerning a female victim that walked into the Cumberland City Police station to report an assault that allegedly took place at a residence on Bedford Street on December 3rd, 2017.  The victim had signs of injury that she claimed was the result of Unger grabbing her.  Unger signed and received his copies of the paperwork and was released pending trial at District Court.

 

Wayne Charles Unger, age: 50, Cumberland, Maryland.

Charge:  Assault 2nd degree.
