On Wednesday April 4, 2018 the Cumberland Police Department served the following criminal summonses:
Harry George Shanholtz Jr. was served a criminal summons for Malicious Destruction of Property. The summons service stemmed from an incident that occurred on March 30, 2018 in the 200 block of Baltimore Avenue.
Arrested:
Harry George Shanholtz Jr., 41 Y/O, Cumberland, MD
Charge:
Malicious Destruction of Property
Aaron Keith Marken was served a criminal summons for Burglary 4th degree, 2 counts of disturbing the peace, Destruction of property. The summons service stemmed from an incident that occurred on 03/17/18 in the 1300 block of Bedford Street.
Arrested:
Aaron Keith Marken, 46 Y/O, Frostburg, MD
Charges:
Burglary 4th degree
2 counts of disturbing the peace
Malicious destruction of property
Both subjects were released after the service of the summonses, pending trial in Allegany County District Court at a later date.
