On Saturday, August 12th, 2017 the Cumberland City Police served an arrest warrant on Mark Henry Cosner. The warrant was issued when application was made to the District Court alleging he assaulted an individual on Valley Street back on August 10th. He was taken before the District Court Commissioner for bond review and was released on his own personal recognizance pending trial.
Mark Henry Cosner, age: 45, Swanton, Maryland.
Charges: Assault 2nd, and disorderly conduct.
On Saturday, Cumberland City Police responded to Roses’ Plaza on Queen City Drive for a trespassing complaint.
When the officer arrived, he learned that Yolanda M. Bauman was on the property after being told in the past by the owner/agent that she was barred from the property.
Bauman was arrested and later released on a criminal citation pending trial.
